The tool operates locally in your browser; we do not store, access, or transmit your checklist content.

The Site and its checklist are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. The tool is a blank template; it does not provide professional advice, recommendations, or domain-specific guidance. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and for verifying that all information passed between shifts is accurate, complete, and compliant with your workplace policies and applicable regulations.

Do not rely on this tool as a substitute for established handoff procedures or critical communication systems.

You acknowledge that the checklist is a static template and does not validate, check, or guarantee the accuracy of the information you enter. It is your responsibility to review and verify all handoff notes before relying on them for shift transitions.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
